For the last couple plumbing problems I had I went ahead and did like so many others. I relied on the big name plumbing companies. In both cases I was left somewhat dissatisfied with their customer service and somewhat poorer in my wallet. A couple weeks ago my garbage disposal died and was leaking under the sink. This time I called Majesty Plumbing. I was told they could get to me that same day and was given an estimated time of arrival and a very reasonable price quote over the phone. I received a second call, this time from Jeff, and was pleasantly surprised when he said he could come even earlier than promised. Jeff was extremely professional and friendly, in addition to being quick and thorough. He fixed the problem, tested to make sure everything worked and there were no leaks and left the area cleaned up. I am absolutey thrilled to have finally found "my plumber".
